Katie and all of the staff, at the Beckley office, are extremely nice and very helpful. Doctor Dockery is very personable, listens to me and is addressing my feet problems. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my foot care.

I called to make an appointment, they got me in next day, I was in and out in 20 min. Staff was very professional. Amy waited on me she made sure I had everything I needed and was taken care of. Dr. Donatello was very helpful, and made the whole process painless.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with this facility. I first consulted with Dr. Dockery about lapiplasty (bunion surgery) on both feet. Bunions started developing when I was a teenager and they had grown very large. I had surgery on left foot in November of 2022 at age 70. After full recovery, Dr. Dockery proceeded to do same surgery on my right foot in March of 2023 Both times I suffered minimal pain and quick recovery. Dr. Dockery is one of the kindest, most compassionate, and competent physicians I have ever been to. The staff was also very caring and friendly, always making me feel special. Thanks go out to the whole staff

Dr. Dockery was very professional. He took his time with both my husband and myself (both of us were patients). We didn't feel rushed to "hurry in and hurry out". He is an EXCELLENT doctor and we were both very pleased with his services. His office staff at this Beckley location were very friendly, very professional, and among the best I have ever seen. Both my husband and myself were very pleased with our visits there. I am so very happy that this kind of high quality service still exists in the medical field. It is rare indeed, in this day and time, where we patients don't usually feel "hurried and not really listened to by doctors or staff". So thank you Dr. Dockery and staff for being what the medical profession SHOULD always be about -- real patient care and top notch service!

I have seen the doctors at the foot and ankle clinic of the Virginia's for years. All the doctors and staff for excellent they take their time and they care about you and they do everything they can to resolve your foot and ankle problem. I've never been to a doctor's office that cares and appreciates your time as much as the appreciate their own there's no long wait the staff is very friendly and make you feel welcomed as well as the doctors respect your time and get you into your appointment without having to wait all day. I would highly recommend a visit to Beckley foot and ankle clinic

This was a follow up for my bunion and hammer toe corrective surgery. Dr. Dockery and his staff are wonderful. They explain everything and make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend them.

I am one to be nervous about a new doctor's office. Well, that didn't happen at all here. Everyone was kind, listened to my concerns and made me feel very comfortable.I was tired of dealing with a baby toe fungus, explained I would rather just have it removed. That is exactly what happened! The doctor was very professional and gentle. It wasn't much to it at all. His sweet assistant bandaged me up with the nonallergenic tape...hot pink! And iff I went! Written instructions for care, very important to me. Healing great! I would highly recommend them! God bless them for their extra care!!!!

Normally I don’t post reviews, however the experience I had at this facility was exceptional! I seen Dr. Dockery in regard to an issue I was having and he immediately eased my mind by letting me know that I was a candidate for Lapiplasty. My surgery was scheduled and I met with Dr. Dockery at CAMC the morning of. He was so receptive to any concerns or questions that I may have had. After the surgery, he told me he was so tickled and pleased with the results, and so was I! He did a fantastic job with this procedure and I couldn’t be happier! The service I received at the Beckley and Charleston facilities were both amazing and made the 10 weeks post-op well worth it! I definitely would recommend Dr. Dockery to do your next Lapiplasty procedure! I will be returning , thank you!

I want to let other people know that my husband and I were taken care of in this office wonderfully. Every staff member made us feel comfortable and well taken care of each time we saw Dr Dockery. Dr Dockery was interested in everything about my husband’s issues and clearly explained what treatment was necessary. His sense of humor and caring attitude set us at ease. His surgery skill was amazing and life is good.

I had suffered with left foot and heel pain for over 6 months and didn't know what to do. I tried everything I could to relieve the pain but was unsuccessful. I endured the pain, lack of sleep, and not being able to be my normal physically active self for too long and decided I had had enough. So, I called the Beckley, WV Office to see if I could be seen by Dr. Jeremy Brouillette. (Dr. Brouillette removed an ingrown toenail for me in early 2019 that no longer gives me trouble.) I was able to get in the same day, have x-rays, an exam, and find treatment in one day. I bought in-soles and was prescribed a non-narcotic medication for my foot/heel pain.Well, long story shortened: I woke up this morning with NO foot and heel pain, able to walk without pain, and felt refreshed from a good night's sleep. Soooo Thankful!! (I also bought my husband a pair of OOFOS to help with his knee pain as recommended by the sweetest, most knowledgeable receptionist ever, Christina. My husband LOVES the shoes and noticed an immediate difference with support!) I am wearing my insoles today and feel great! Thank you to the entire staff who are COVID sensitive, welcoming, kind, proficient, knowledgeable and truly have a helping spirit!

I took my two year old son to see Dr. Donatelli because he had some really bad ingrown toenails. We were nervous but Dr. Donatelli was so skilled, caring, and compassionate that the whole process was seamless. He was great about follow up and checking in on how he was healing as well.

Dr Protain, Joe & Chasity are the most pleasant people to be around, I’ve never liked going to a doctors appointment, but since I met these three amazing people I truly get excited to go to the office to talk with them, if you’re in need of foot and ankle care I refer you to this place, Dr Donatelli is the amazing podiatrist and Dr Protain is vein specialist, please give their services a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ five stars all the way for the awesome facility Sincerely Phillip D Lester

Dr. Gwynn performed my surgery and repaired my tendon in my ankle nearly two years ago. He is very knowledgeable and spends time with his patients explaining everything and answering all questions,. He knew I was apprehensive going into surgery, but his calming demeanor was very reassuring to me. He is absolutely the best! I highly recommend him.

My husband had an ingrown toenail and Dr.Dockery took care if it . My husband said he felt better before leaving the office! All the staff is very professional and we highly recommend this business. We are very satisfied with the Drs here!!

Let me just say the doctors are fantastic at this office!!!! I have had the best care. I have been a patient for several years here and have always been very cared for. When I am at the office the doctors care so much and spend so much time on me. I have had more than one doctor in the room helping me at the same time just to comfort me. That is special care you will not find anywhere else. The staff is also friendly and caring! And I look forward to my visits for people there and my foot has never felt better!
